The customer needed to fully automate connector assembly, including the feeding of small parts (pins, seals, screws, plastic bodies), and eliminate manual work on this operation.
Our Solution
We designed and manufactured a fully automatic machine equipped with vibratory feeders and feed units for pins, seals, screws and plastic bodies. The machine outputs a fully assembled connector with screws fastened into the pins.
